4. Acceptable Use

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos and materials you submit to us. By uploading content, you grant ForSaleVids.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of creating your requested video.

Our Content

The final video product, including our proprietary AI processing, templates, and creative elements, remains the intellectual property of ForSaleVids.com until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the video for marketing the specific property depicted.

Third-Party Content

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any photos or content you submit, including MLS listings and property images.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before video creation begins
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• Refunds are processed according to our satisfaction guarantee policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Guarantee and Refunds

24-Hour Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your completed video within 24 hours of order confirmation and photo submission. If we fail to meet this deadline, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Two (2) free revisions are included with every order

• We are not responsible for poor video quality resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality source images

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
