ForSaleVids.com provides AI-powered video creation services that transform real estate listing photos into professional property showcase videos. Our service includes:
- Conversion of uploaded photos into custom real estate videos
- 24-hour guaranteed delivery
- Two (2) complimentary revisions per order
- Full refund guarantee if customer remains unsatisfied after revisions
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Submit photos containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Use the service to create videos for properties you do not have authorization to market
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with our AI technology
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of all photos and materials you submit to us. By uploading content, you grant ForSaleVids.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of creating your requested video.
Our Content
The final video product, including our proprietary AI processing, templates, and creative elements, remains the intellectual property of ForSaleVids.com until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the video for marketing the specific property depicted.
Third-Party Content
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any photos or content you submit, including MLS listings and property images.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is required before video creation begins
- All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
- Refunds are processed according to our satisfaction guarantee policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
7. Service Guarantee and Refunds
24-Hour Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your completed video within 24 hours of order confirmation and photo submission. If we fail to meet this deadline, you are entitled to a full refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- Two (2) free revisions are included with every order
- If you remain unsatisfied after both revisions, we offer a complete refund
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of final video delivery
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
8. Limitation of Liability
ForSaleVids.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Technical Requirements and Limitations
- Supported photo formats: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and other standard image formats
- Minimum photo requirements: 5 photos recommended for optimal video quality
- Maximum file size: 50MB per image
- We are not responsible for poor video quality resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality source images
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Disclaimers
- Our service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that videos will result in property sales or increased marketing effectiveness
- Video quality depends on the quality and quantity of source photos provided
- We are not responsible for compliance with local real estate marketing regulations
14. Governing Law
